We offer free and fully insured shipping to all our customers within UAE, Qatar, Oman(Only in Muscat) and we will be providing shipping services to more countries in the future. We will keep our esteemed customers informed on changes to our shipping destinations.
Deliveries for UAE and Qatar will be shipped within approximately 4 working days and Oman(Only in Muscat) in 7 working days. This is subject to the issuer Bank (Card Holder’s Bank) confirmation and corrects delivery address details provided by the customer.
Please note that any order submitted on the site after 5.00 pm UAE time would be considered for processing on the next working day. (We work from Sunday to Thursday, 9.00 am to 7.00 pm, excluding UAE public holidays)

Please note that products shipped internationally may not comply with destination country’s standards, specifications and labeling requirements. The customer is solely responsible for determining if the product(s) can be legally imported into the country. In case the product can not be imported due to the legalities and the shipment is returned back to mydamas.com the refund amount will be after deducting the entire shipment cost.
